Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Unless your consent is withdrawn in writing, you agree to us disclosing any of your information:

  • to give effect to or enforce our obligations under this agreement or a finance agreement; or
  • when authorised by you or required by law;
  • we will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • we are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Secure Payment

When you send a payment to us, you are providing an authorisation to process your payment and complete the transaction. The payment may be held as pending until we processes your payment. There may be some delay processing your payment. In such an instance, your authorisation will remain valid for up to 7 Days. The name that will appear on your statement will be UK Food Box and all charges will be in New Zealand Dollar (NZD$).

Goods will not be delivered until payment has cleared via Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

Payments are processed through the secure Stripe Payment Gateway. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Stripe system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.

Delivery and Replacements

Delivery Information

Orders must be placed by Sunday evening to be included in delivery the following Friday. All deliveries are sent out via standard courier service unless otherwise requested. 

We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your order within the times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other external issues outside of our control. If an item is out of stock you will be advised of this and the product/s will be placed on backorder. You have the right to change or cancel any backordered products.

  • South Island and Waiheke Island  $22.00

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on high quality products and service. We have a quality control procedure in place for all of our products to ensure that what you order and receive meets our high quality standards. However if you do receive an order which is faulty or goods received are incorrect please call us on 021 256 6466 to arrange a replacement or refund as per the policy below.

Faulty Goods Replacement Policy

Products purchased online can be replaced if they are faulty, and the fault did not arise through any mishandling of the product. Please ensure you retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

UK Food Box must be contacted to get a replacement – you can call us on 021 256 6466 

  • Goods considered to be faulty will be replaced at the discretion of UK Food Box.
  • Replacement goods will be sent at UK Food Box’s cost.
  • If we are unable to replace the faulty goods a full credit will be issued.
